Active hub: Hubs need to be active before sensors can sync with them. Adding a hub to an account through the Provider Portal should activate it, but call Propeller Support if you suspect a hub isn't active.
Inactive controller sensor: The Provider Portal main patient list will say "Inactive" for adherence if their controller sensor hasn't synced in the last two days.
Sensor Inactive patient list: On the Provider Portal, the Sensor Inactive tab is a list of your patients whose sensor(s) haven't synced in the last 7 days.
Deactivate: To deactivate a patient is to close their Propeller account and remove them from your Provider Portal dashboard.
