When Propeller has not heard from the sensor(s) associated with a patient’s medication(s) in the last 7 days, they are moved to the Sensor Inactive page. This is because we are no longer able to accurately assign an asthma control score or COPD baseline to their account, nor calculate adherence.
To get a patient back on the Asthma/COPD patient lists, the patient or caregiver must sync their sensor(s). If a patient has never synced their sensors, they won't appear on the Sensor Inactive list. Until they sync their sensors for the first time, the patient's account will remain listed on the Asthma or COPD patient list.
