- Click on the patient’s name from the My Patients list.
- Scroll down to the PATIENT STATUS & CONTACT section.
- Click on the section to expand it and view current profile information and Care Providers on the patient’s account.
- Click on the edit button to the right of the section.
- If your group has Care Providers who are assigned to specific patients, you can select their name from the drop-down menu below the ‘Care Provider:’ heading. If not, all providers are able to see all patients in your group.
- When you’ve finished making updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Update Contact Information’.
