Your patient must have a compatible Apple or Android smartphone or tablet (list of compatible operating systems).
If you are helping the patient download the app in clinic, be sure to enter the patient’s phone number when prompted during enrollment. This allows your patient to receive text messages that make downloading and signing in to the app fast and easy.
- When they receive the texts, have your patients click on the first link. This links them to the Propeller app in the app store, so that they can download the app.
- Next, have your patients tap on the second link. This allows them to easily sign in to the app. If you have any technical issues, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 877-251-5451.
