Click on the patient’s name from the My Patients list.
Scroll down to the PATIENT STATUS & CONTACT section.
Click on the section to expand it and view current profile information and Care Providers on the patient’s account.
Click on the edit button to the right of the section.
If your group has Care Providers who get assigned to specific patients, you can select their name from the drop down menu below the “Care Provider:” heading. If not, all providers are able to see all patients in your group.
When you’ve finished making updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Update Contact Information”.
