For the privacy and protection of all of our patients, providers no longer have the ability to add or remove followers who are not members of the care team. The patient or his/her caregiver will need to follow the below steps to add a new follower:
- Have the caregiver or patient go to my.propellerhealth.com.
- Sign in using their email address and password.
- Don’t remember it? No problem. Click “Having trouble signing in?” to be emailed a password reset link.
This sends an invitation to the person you’ve added to create a password for their account. If they already have a Propeller account, they’re added as a follower right away and don’t need to do any set up.
