Once a sensor has been assigned to a patient’s account, this sensor cannot be assigned to any other Propeller account. This is because our sensors are medical devices, and can only be used by the person they’re initially assigned to. Each patient will need brand new sensors when their account is created.
Sensors that have been assigned to accounts for testing purposes cannot be assigned to real patient accounts.
If a patient needs a new or replacement sensor for their inhaler, please contact us! We’ll be happy to help get everything set up correctly with a new sensor.
