I know my current password and can sign in to Propeller
- In the upper right hand corner of the Provider Portal, click on the colored circle with your initials.
- Select “Password & Account”.
- Enter in the new password you wish to use and click “Save New Password”.
I don’t know my current password and cannot sign in to Propeller
- From the sign in page, click on “Having trouble logging in?” (right above the button that says Sign In).
- Enter in your email address and click “Next”.
- We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from us within a few minutes.
