We’ve taken the data received from the Propeller sensors and created the ability to generate an asthma or COPD report. Our goal was to design a report that is easy to understand and allows for better insight into your patients' disease. This tool is designed to assist you in your treatment decisions and is available in the Provider Portal.
You and your team have the ability to view a disease-specific report that covers the last 30 days in the Propeller Provider dashboard. Once your patient syncs his/her sensor(s) for the first time, you’ll be able to view his/her report. Please note, the report refreshes at 10 am each day local time. That means if you view a patient’s report at 9 am local time, it will show the last 30 days not including yesterday. If you view the report at 11 am local time, it will have updated to include the previous day’s data.
We’re excited to hear your feedback about the report! Share your thoughts by emailing us at email@example.com or by reaching out directly to your Propeller Customer Success Manager.
How to Generate a Report
Sign into the Provider Portal (HCP Dashboard) and select the desired patient from the main screen.
Note: All images used on this document are from a Propeller test environment and contain no actual patient information.
From the Patient Detail view, select the ‘Generate report’ button in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will open the 30-day report.
Clicking on Generate Report should open the report as a PDF in a new tab.
If you have pop-ups blocked, you may see a message that your report was blocked. You can change your popup blocker settings in your browser to correct this, or copy the link displayed in the box and paste it into a new window.
Viewing Monthly Reports and Previously-Generated Reports
To view the reports we email to patients the first week of each month and the reports you already generated, sign into the Provider Portal and select the desired patient from the main screen.
Scroll down to the “Reports” section and click the header to expand the section.
Select the report you wish to view, and it will open in a new tab as a PDF document.
