I know my current password and can sign in to Propeller.
- In the upper right-hand corner of the Provider Portal, click on the coloured circle with your initials.
- Select ‘Password & Account’.
- Enter the new password you wish to use and click ‘Save New Password’.
I don’t know my current password and cannot sign in to Propeller.
- From the sign-in page, click on ‘Having trouble logging in?’ (right above the button that says ‘Sign In’).
- Enter your email address and click ‘Next’.
- We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from us within a few minutes.
